✨ Join myself and Annie Byrne on June 21st for a Summer Solstice Celebration with Cacao Ceremony, Kundalini Meditation & Sound Bath!
The Summer Solstice is one of the most powerful days of the year. A moment when the earth blazes with light and invites us to do the same. This is a time of abundance, growth and new beginnings, a potent threshold for releasing what no longer serves us and stepping fully into our soul’s highest path.
Join us for an intimate afternoon of sacred ceremony as we honor the Solstice with an experience that opens the heart, awakens the spirit and grounds us in community.
We will begin with an intention setting ritual and Cacao Ceremony, guided by the ancient and loving medicine of ceremonial cacao. This gentle yet powerful plant medicine opens the heart chakra, fostering deep feelings of love, connection, and joy. In ceremony, we connect with the wisdom of our hearts, illuminate our inner radiance, and welcome the abundance and light of this season into our beings.
From that open-hearted space, we’ll move into a Short Kundalini Practice and Meditation, gently moving our bodies as we infuse our intentions for the season ahead. We’ll honor the sun’s radiant energy, plant seeds of intention for the months to come, and align with the solstice’s invitation to recognize and expand our own unique gifts.
We will close our time with a deep and restorative Sound Bath, letting your mind, body, and spirit soak in the healing vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Drums, and Sacred Voice.
Come as you are, with an open heart and mind. Bring your favorite journal, crystals, sacred objects, and a blanket or pillow for extra coziness during the sound bath.
As a 20 year student of yoga and meditation and 30 year student of music and frequency, Ali brings a unique embodied experience that helps drop you into your heart and soul to hear the deeper wisdom within wanting to emerge through meditation, movement and sound.
