PRIVATE SOUND HEALING + GROUP SOUND BATH EXPERIENCES

Sound Healing and Vibrational Therapy is a form of energy medicine. Each and every living thing on this planet carries a vibration and through this sacred art, we are able to deepen into more conscious states of awareness and balance and heal the pathways of the mind, body and soul. Sound Healing uses sacred instruments or voice to release energetic blockages inducing a state of ease and harmony in the whole body and nervous system, beginning to help heal you on your energetic, cellular level. We will use a combination of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gong, Chimes and Sacred Voice.

Private 1:1 Sound Healing Sessions

Restore balance and regulation through personalized sound healing using traditional Tibetan and Nepalese singing bowls. These one-on-one sessions are designed to support deep nervous system release, emotional clearing, and energetic alignment. Perfect for those seeking a quiet, grounded, and intentional experience to reconnect with their body and inner truth.

Available in-person. Breathwork and meditation may be woven in as needed.

Private Sound Bath Experiences

An immersive sound journey using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and sacred instruments to create a full-body energetic reset. These private sound baths are designed for individuals, couples, or small groups seeking deep relaxation, emotional clearing, or spiritual recalibration. Every session is custom curated based on your needs and intentions.

Available in person for 1:1 or small group (2–4 people) sessions. Breathwork, meditation and cacao ceremonies may be woven in as needed. Cacao Ceremony will be an additional cost.

Group Sound Baths for Events + Corporate Wellness

Bring the power of sound healing to your party, celebration, retreat, yoga studio or workplace. These sound bath experiences are available for large or small groups — perfect for birthdays, bridal parties, team wellness days, ladies nights, or simply intentional gatherings. Expect a grounding, heart-opening journey through vibration and resonance, designed to calm the nervous system and uplift collective energy.

Available for private events, parties, retreats, and corporate offerings. On-site or travel-based options available. Meditation, Breathwork and Cacao Ceremonies may be woven in. Cacao Ceremony will be an additional cost.

1:1 Sound Healing

Sound Healing: $222 for 60 minutes / $350 for Group Session

Combine Sound Healing with Reiki or Sound Healing + Reiki + Breathwork to help gain integrated sense of awareness, relaxation, improved focus and boosted immunity. These combination sessions will assist you with processing of subconscious, unintegrated emotions, healing emotional pain and trauma and helping to develop a variety of valuable life skills. We will begin with an intuitive reading and body scan, discussing what you are experiencing on the physical, emotional, and soul level. I will then use Reiki, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls and other sacred healing tools to help rebalance and cleanse the whole chakra system.

Private Yoga + Sound Healing Group Experience

Group Yoga + Sound Healing: 2 hours

Group Sound Experiences are a wonderful way to connect in a group together on a similar vibrational level releasing and rebalancing stuck or stagnant energy within the system leaving everyone feeling balanced, nourished and rejuvenated. Ali was trained in Rishikesh with a specific sound healing modality to also play on as well as around the bodies to assist in the moving and rebalancing of these energies.

Sound healing balances our vibrational frequencies, bringing deep relaxation to our mind, body & spirit. Yoga invites us to become embodied from within and and allows us to bring in confidence and a higher awareness to the world around you.

Ali was trained in Rishikesh, India for both her yogic and sound healing trainings and brings with her a deep well of knowledge and experience of both of these healing modalities as she creates your unique healing and nourishing experience.

Private Group Sound Healing

Group Sound Healing: 75 minutes

Group Sound Experiences are a wonderful way to connect in a group together on a similar vibrational level releasing and rebalancing stuck or stagnant energy within the system leaving everyone feeling balanced, nourished and rejuvenated. Ali was trained in Rishikesh with a specific sound healing modality to also play on as well as around the bodies to assist in the moving and rebalancing of these energies.

*The price listed is the base rate for a group of ten or under. If you would like to include more than 10 participants, I LOVE THAT and welcome groups no matter the size. Each additional person is $35 and will be added to the total.
