Hello, beautiful souls!

My name is Ali and I am an International Intuitive Life + Spiritual Coach, Soul Alchemy + Embodiment Facilitator, Kundalini Yoga + Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer, Astrologist, Numerologist, Conscious Storyteller, founder of "On Being Human" the podcast, Seeker and Eternal Student of the Cosmos.

I guide women to reconnect with their unique soul essence and what they came here to do using spiritual based tools, inner discovery and soul alignment.

My own personal and spiritual journey have greatly contributed to how I navigate this human experience and the work that I am so honored to be able to do with my clients and students.

I like to call myself a "former actor + concert pianist, turned healthy living enthusiast turned spiritual healer and coach."

But truly my journey has taken me so much further.

Becoming myself...

My journey has led me to receive my BA in Acting and Directing and Piano Performance in Minneapolis, travel to NYC for my graduate program in Classical Acting and Musical Theatre, and then later get certified as an Integrative Wellness and Lifestyle Coach.

However, in the fall of 2018, my life completely changed.

I traveled to Rishikesh, India for the first time to receive my 200-hour Kundalini and Hatha Yoga Certifications, and for the first time in my life, it felt like I had come home to myself. I don't know if it was because we were meditating, philosophizing, chanting, and pondering the deepest musings of life for the most intense 18 days of my life. Or merely the first time in my life where I didn't have the incredible, insatiable distractions of the outside world to distract me.

But either way, this trip changed me on a visceral, soul level. I had met me. For the very first time.

The Sufi poet Rumi begins his famous poem, "The Guest House" by saying "This being human is a guest house."

And I believe each and every one of us embodies this metaphor. This "being human."

Or at least now, I am much more cognizant in trying to. Letting go of all of my own attachments and expectations. And surrendering to the nature of this "being human". In all of its joys and sorrows.

My true soul's calling...

See, my whole life, I had been running away. Running away from me, and all of the treasures buried so deeply within.

But this unearthing, unraveling, unlearning time with myself in India birthed something within me that I couldn't turn my back on.

It unearthed my true soul's calling and what I came here to do.

So, I journeyed back two months later to receive my 500 hour certification of Kundalini + Hatha Yoga and then unexpectedly completed and received my 100 hour certification of Yin Yoga, Reiki Level 1 + 2, and a specialized Sound Healing certification.

And from the moment I returned "home" to the United States, I dove in headfirst to these new soul passions and gifts and began teaching, coaching and healing full time. They have taken me to India, Bali and Australia and back to Minnesota and I am so honored and lit up to continue to expand my offerings and soul aligned purpose internationally every single day.

Creating space...

Now, quite a few years later after my travels to Inda, Bali, Australia and earning a Kundalini + Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, Reiki Level 1 + 2 certifications — what feels like a lifetime in between, I passionately blend the tools of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Energy and Sound Healing, Astrology, Numerology, The Lunar Cycles, Psychology, Quantum Physics, Spirituality and Life Coaching into all of my classes, workshops, soul sessions and programs. I now, in turn, create that same safe, nurturing, space for others to experience their very own true soul healing and soul discovery.

I’ve changed “careers” or as I like to call it, followed my bliss and joy into 3 different fields at 3 different times so far in this lifetime.

I lived and did all of my training for Kundalini, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, Reiki Healing, Tantra and Sound Healing in Rishikesh, India.
