ABOUT THE EVENT
Join myself and Alex Freese for a special Spring Rebirthing Sound Healing evening as we make our way towards the Summer Solstice.
It’s the perfect time to tap into the power rebirth, renewal and refreshing the spirit and psyche. You’ll be led on a journey inwards towards your deepest expression, authenticity and what is wanting to emerge from the depths of you now. Just as the winter invites us inwards to deep introspection. The Spring and Summer invite us to step out and birth those new visions and versions of ourselves.
Alex and Ali will lead you into a blissful state through the calming sounds of the Tibetan, Nepalese and Crystal Singing Bowls, Multiple Gongs, Chimes, Drums, Piano and Sacred Voice. Leave the space feeling connected, re vitalized, peaceful and in deep soul alignment.
No experience is needed. All are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and a blanket.
