Join us Wednesday, April 5th for a special Full Moon in Libra Ceremony with Kundalini Yoga + Sound Bath!
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful blend of dynamic breath work, asana, meditation, and mantras. This enlightening practice works on strengthening the nervous system, increasing body strength, and awakening spiritual thoughts.
With the Sun conjunct Chiron (the wounded healer), we’ll dive into some of the Astrology of what is currently happening in the cosmos along with how we can use this potent, purifying and truly healing energy. Together, we will meditate, move, envision, DREAM, release, and connect to the infinite cosmos within and without. We’ll finish our time together with an extra long and juicy Savasana Sound Bath.
Bring your favorite journal, crystals, yoga mat, water, blankets and pillows (really anything you might need to be comfy and cozy for the sound bath) and any other sacred objects you might like to have an to place on our alter.
There will also be mini Tarot, Oracle, Human Design, Astrology and Numerology Readings available for $2 a minutes after!
