NeuroAlchemy—my signature healing method—is a nervous system-based, neuroscience-rooted healing modality that blends Brainspotting with somatic integration, identity level repatterning, and quantum alignment.
It clears survival-based loops stored in the subcortical brain, the part responsible for storing trauma, emotional memory, and protective identity patterns, and helps your body complete what it never got to finish so you can finally live the life that’s always been yours.

This is the 5-step framework I use in every session to support deep, safe, lasting transformation:
1. Reveal the Root: Identify the subcortical belief or protective identity stored in the nervous system
→ Brainspotting + intuitive inquiry unlock the origin point
2. Access the Body: Follow the body’s physical cues and emotional charge
→ Use breath, attunement, and somatic tracking to stay safe and present
3. Repattern with Safety: Let the old loop dissolve, and create a new neural imprint

Brainspotting is a trauma healing modality that uses the visual field to access the subcortical brain, the part responsible for storing trauma, emotional memory, and protective patterns. By finding a “brainspot,” or eye position connected to an unresolved issue and holding the position there over a period of time, we access and release what’s been stored beneath your conscious awareness, without needing to re tell the story.

Both Brainspotting and EMDR target the brain’s trauma storage system, but Brainspotting is more body led and less protocol driven. Instead of using bilateral stimulation like tapping or eye movements, Brainspotting helps you find a visual access point and stay with it, allowing the body to lead the release process at its own pace. It’s gentler, more attuned, and can go even deeper without overwhelming the system.

NeuroAlchemy includes Brainspotting but expands far beyond it. This isn’t just about processing trauma. NeuroAlchemy blends neuroscience, somatics, breath, quantum identity work, and energy field attunement to help you repattern your beliefs, regulate your nervous system, and embody your truth on every level. It’s trauma resolution and identity transformation.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer but most clients begin with a 3–6 session arc and go from there. If you’re working on something deeper (like a core wound, identity shift, or long standing pattern), I recommend committing to 6 sessions minimum to allow your system space to integrate and rewire.

Traditional therapy often focuses on insight, talk, or managing symptoms. NeuroAlchemy goes deeper. We’re not just talking about the pattern, we’re clearing it at the root. This work is body led, subconscious based, and identity oriented. It’s especially supportive for those who feel like they “know the problem,” but can’t shift it. This work is for when you’re ready to fully rewire it, not just understand it.

You may feel tired, tender, energized, emotional, or totally neutral, all of it is normal and perfect. Give yourself space to rest, nap, meditate, drink water, journal, take a walk, or simply be. Your brain and body are processing, even if it doesn’t feel obvious. Gentle movement, breathwork, or baths can help move any lingering energy. You’ll receive optional integration practices after each session.

Think regulation over effort. Support your nervous system with grounding practices like deep belly breathing, body scans, walking in nature, or simply resting. Journaling, noticing patterns without judgment, and honoring your emotions helps the work deepen between sessions. I’ll also offer personalized suggestions based on your process.

Come as you are. You don’t need to prepare or explain, just show up honestly. The more you can stay curious, trust your body, and let go of the need to “figure it out,” the deeper the work goes. Integration matters just as much as the session itself, so give yourself space after to be with whatever comes up.

Using breath, sound, movement, and co-regulation tools, we help shift your system out of fight/flight/freeze and into states of connection and calm. It’s about teaching your body that safety is possible, not just intellectually, but physically.
