Join us for this special Winter Solstice evening as we honor the energies of this powerful time.
This is an especially potent time for cosmic flow and spiritual + soul alignment.
The light of the Sun begins a new solar cycle at Winter Solstice. In winter everything lies dormant in the silent earth, it is a sacred time of rest and reflection before the awakening and the slow build toward brighter days. The energy of winter is that of going within.
Prepare for an evening of uncovering our true selves, releasing what no longer serves us as we move into this new season, intention setting and deep soul alignment.
There will be a release and intention setting ritual and journaling, a short Kundalini movement set and Meditation as we infuse in our intentions for this next season and then let our mind, body and spirit soak in the healing and rejuvenating sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan and Crystal Sound Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Drums and Sacred Voice.
Bring your favorite yoga mat, journal, crystals, sacred objects, blanket or pillow if you'd like extra coziness for the sound bath, and an open heart and mind.
