The Space Between: An Evening of Art and Sound
Join Ali Fitzpatrick and Siobhan Dvergsten for this truly, one of a kind event as you step into a peaceful December evening surrounded by art, reflection and a restorative sound bath experience to provide a cozy moment of calm in between the holidays to realign your mind, body and soul before the new year.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow, an open heart and mind, and a journal + pen for reflection prompts.
Warm tea will be provided and space will be held for softness, reflection, and connection.
