ABOUT THE EVENT
Join Ali Fitzpatrick for a special Full Moon in Sagittarius themed evening of connecting in with our truest selves through a reflection and journaling, short kundalini movement and meditation and an ephemeral healing sound bath.
Sagittarius is known for its adventurous spirit, quest for knowledge, and desire for truth. However, this full moon is asking us to slow down for deep reflection and personal growth. It's a signal that some of our philosophies and beliefs may need revisiting. During the full moon in Sagittarius, the moon illuminates hidden truths, creating space for self-discovery. We will be exploring these themes throughout our time together and the way these affect how we show up for ourselves, our family and friends for the world around us.
No experience is needed. All are welcome.
You will leave this event feeling relaxed, recharged, and revitalized with a deep internal sense of the profound cellular healing that has just taken place.
Please make sure to bring a yoga mat, water and any blankets or pillows you might like for the soundbath.
