ABOUT THE CLASS
Please join Holly Schramm and myself on November 11th for a Fall Restorative Reiki and Sound Healing Evening!
We will be begin the evening with gentle movement helping us to reflect, turn inward, getting us out of our heads and into our hearts and bodies exploring the themes that fall offer us as well as connecting with this auspicious 11.11 energy. We will then move into the Sound Bath portion where Alexandria will seamlessly weave multiple healing instruments such as the Crystal, Tibetan and Nepalese Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Drums and Sacred Voice together while Holly facilitates individual reiki on all of the attendees. Both of these modalities combined will balance the body’s natural healing abilities, energy and promote overall restoration and wellness.
Prepare for an evening of rejuvenation, bliss and full out mind, body, soul healing.
