Join us on May 8th for a special New Moon in Taurus themed evening of opening our hearts, nourishing our souls, rooting into Earth, and connecting in with our truest selves through a cacao ceremony, meditation, and a healing sound bath.
This New Moon in Taurus reminds us of the immense benefits of feeling fully what resides in the depths of our hearts, loving and embracing all of who we are, slowing down and savoring all the life and every experience has to offer and so much more. We will be exploring these themes throughout our time together.
We will begin with a deep dive into the Astrological Landscape of the moment, how it is impacting us, and how we can use this energy. Open our hearts and set our intentions through a nourishing cacao ceremony, activate our souls through a short Kundalini Meditation, and integrate it all through a rejuvenating Sound Bath.
ABOUT CACAO
Cacao is a heart medicine used in ceremony to support in opening one’s heart. The cacao will be made with oat milk. The cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the cardiovascular system and can give you the feeling of a warm and uplifting “hum” we will ride into the sound healing.
