Join us on August 16th for a special New Moon in Leo themed evening of opening our hearts, stepping into and embodying our radiance and magnetism, nourishing our souls, rooting into Earth, and connecting in with our truest selves through a cacao ceremony, meditation, and a healing sound bath.
This New Moon in Leo reminds us of the magnificence of all that we are and how once we activate that within from a heart centered space, the world around us starts to reflect that back to us tenfold. We will be exploring these themes plus others throughout our time together.
We will begin with a deep dive into the Astrological Landscape of the moment, how it is impacting us, and how we can use this energy. Open our hearts and set our intentions through a nourishing cacao ceremony, activate our souls through a short Kundalini Meditation and Practice, and integrate it all through a rejuvenating Sound Bath.
ABOUT CACAO
Cacao is a heart medicine used in ceremony to support in opening one’s heart. The cacao will be made with oat milk. The cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the cardiovascular system and can give you the feeling of a warm and uplifting “hum” we will ride into the sound healing.
