This is a special Yin Yoga class taught by Ali Fitzpatrick featuring live music by Maya Elena and Blood Brother.
Description:
We wanted to create an evening for people to slow down, breathe, and experience relaxation through the magical combination of Yin Yoga and live music. Maya Elena and Blood Brother have composed a special set of music specifically to accompany the slow and relaxed pace of yin yoga.
Through their unique instrumentation you will hear layers of vocal harmonies, acoustic guitar, percussion, ambient textures, and thought provoking lyrical mantras.
