ABOUT THE CLASS

Join us for an extra special abbreviated Kundalini Yoga class infused Virgo Full Moon Circle with Sound Bath.

We’ll use this healing full moon energy in Virgo to reflect back on the cycles that are closing in our lives, how they’ve served us up until this point and how we can best clear the slate as we welcome in the soon to be Aries Series (The Astrological New Year) and the Spring Equinox. The last portion of class, you will b sweep away to soundscape bliss, as Ali infuses her magical weavings with the gong, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and sacred voice. Come ready to gently move, meditate and soak in the sound medicine.
