ABOUT THE EVENING:
Please Join Ali Fitzpatrick and Jordan Lawrence for a special evening of soul connection and grounding through exploring the power of sacred sound through meditative mantra, Kirtan and sound healing.
We’ll begin our evening by connecting with our higher selves and souls, grounding into the body, and opening to connect with the flow of life. We’ll then move into our evening of Kirtan and sound bathing.
DETAILS:
Kirtan weaves music and mantra together as a part of the practice of Bhakti yoga, the yogic path of divine love. All faiths and cultural backgrounds are welcome as we explore Sanskrit and Gurmukhi mantras, the meditative sound of the harmonium, and heartfelt singing and poetry.
Sound Healing will be interwoven throughout as well as conclude our time together with an extra long Savasana Sound Bath. Be swept away as Ali leads you into a blissful state through the calming sounds of the Tibetan, Nepalese and Crystal Singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and sacred sound. Leave this space feeling connected, peaceful and in deep soul alignment.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and a blanket.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:
Jordan Lawrence is a musician and poet who uses word and sound as vehicles for connection to himself and the moment. He has been creating and facilitating spaces for healing through music and meditation since 2020.
He has attended chanting workshops with Krishna Das, Girish, and David Newman, and local Kirtan artists throughout the Midwest. He offers and explores the healing modalities that have been the most impactful for his healing journey, primarily focusing on community collaborations and healing through sacred sounds and songs.
Ali Fitzpatrick is a transformational Life and Spiritual Coach, Kundalini Yoga + Meditation Teacher, Sound Healer, Energy Worker, Astrologer, and Motivational Speaker.
She has been guiding women on their journeys to reconnect with their soul essence and what they came here to do through 1:1 mentorship, small group coaching, workshops, classes, healing sessions and soul map readings since 2016.
