ABOUT THE CLASS
Join Ali Fitzpatrick and Alex Freese for a special Winter Solstice themed evening of opening hearts through community reflection and connection, a cacao ceremony and exploring the power of our sacred selves through introspection, meditation and the healing frequencies of sound.
This is an especially potent time energetically for spiritual and soul alignment as the light of the sun begins a new solar cycle at the Winter Solstice. In the depths of winter, everything lies dormant in the silent earth, it is a sacred time for rest and reflection before the awakening and the slow build toward brighter days. We will begin exploring these themes and more during our time together.
The intention of this event is to help you experience deeper levels of connection within community and within the self as we guide you through a journey of settling into the soul connecting to your natural state of understanding and love.
We will conclude our time together as Alex and Ali lead you into a blissful state through the calming sounds of the Tibetan, Nepalese and Crystal Singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and sacred sound. Leave this space feeling connected, peaceful and in deep soul alignment.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and a blanket.
We will be serving cacao. A heart medicine used in ceremony to support in opening one’s heart. The cacao will be made with oat milk. The cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the cardiovascular system and can give you the feeling of a warm and uplifting “hum” we will ride into the sound healing.
