ABOUT THE CLASS
Join us on Wednesday, February 15th, for the most yummy, extra special gathering to honor and celebrate our most important relationship of all, the one we have with ourselves.
Ali will be guiding us through an intimate ceremony inward beginning with a cacao ceremony to drop us into our heart spaces using Shamanic Breathwork and reflection. We’ll then move into some Archetypal Goddess work, Forgiveness Work, Journaling and soaking in a yummy multi sensorial sound bath with crystal bowls, Tibetan and Nepalese bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and sacred voice to end our time together.
There will also be mini Tarot, Oracle, Human Design, Astrology and Numerology Readings available afterwards for 2/minute.
