ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us Wednesday, August 21st for a special Full Moon in Aquarius Ceremony with Intention Setting and Release, Kundalini Yoga + Sound Bath Experience!
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful blend of dynamic breath work, asana, meditation, and mantras. This enlightening practice works on strengthening the nervous system, increasing body strength, and awakening spiritual thoughts.
We'll use this potent time and energy to meditate, envision, DREAM, release, connect and reflect as we move consciously through these summer months together! We’ll finish our time together with an extra long and juicy Savasana Sound Bath.
No experience is needed. All are welcome.
You will leave this event feeling relaxed, recharged, and revitalized with a deep internal sense of the profound cellular healing that has just taken place.
Please make sure to bring a yoga mat, water and any blankets or pillows you might like for the soundbath.
