ABOUT THE CLASS
Join myself and Alex Freese for a special Samhain Celebration of community and connection, with each other and most importantly, with ourselves. The evening will be an opening of hearts and selves through a sacred cacao ceremony, a journey through soulful ecstatic movement, voice and instrumental expression, meditation and exploring the power of the masculine + feminine divine energies through the expression of healing vibrations, sound healing and song.
Samhain is a Gaelic festival marking the end of the harvest season and beginning of winter or "darker-half" of the year. We’ll spend time together exploring these themes within each of us and collectively.
The purpose of this event is to help you experience deeper levels of connection within yourself. The divine feminine and masculine are not based on gender, as we all embody both energies.
Together with ease and comfort we will create a safe container where you are free to explore yourself fully and unapologetically as we guide you through a journey of sound through polarity, settling into the soul connecting to your natural state of understanding and love.
You are invited to feel both the strength of mission, purpose and direction of your masculine energy and the flow, love and intimacy of the your divine feminine.
Leave this space feeling connected, peaceful and in deep soul alignment.
Please wear comfy clothing, bring your yoga mat and a blanket.
We will be serving cacao. A heart medicine used in ceremony to support in opening one’s heart. The cacao will be made with oat milk. The cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the cardiovascular system and can give you the feeling of a warm and uplifting “hum” we will ride into the sound healing.
