Join myself and Alex Freese for an evening of intention, connection, presence and sound.
To develop a deep connection with each other, we need to first develop a deep, resonant connection with ourselves. We’ll begin by dropping into that space by exploring what it means to honor this present moment. Exactly as it is happening. Right now. Which will set the tone for the rest of our time together.
We will begin our time together with an opening relational meditation and share.
Then get swept away into a blissful state as Alex and Ali soothe you with the calming sounds of the Tibetan, Nepalese and Crystal Singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and sacred sound. Leave this space feeling connected, peaceful and in deep soul alignment.
