ABOUT THE CLASS
Join us on Wednesday, February 14th for an extra special evening of opening our hearts, stepping into and embodying our radiance and magnetism, nourishing our souls, rooting into Earth, and connecting in with our truest selves through a cacao ceremony, meditation, and a healing sound bath as we gather to honor and celebrate our most important relationship of all, the one we have with ourselves.
Ali will be guiding us through an intimate ceremony inward beginning with a cacao ceremony to drop us into our heart spaces using Breathwork and reflection. This evening will incorporate forgiveness work, self love and confidence, meditation, journaling, community and then conclude by soaking in a multi sensorial sound bath with crystal bowls, Tibetan and Nepalese bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and sacred voice to end our time together.
This gathering is open to everyone. Those identifying as both women and men, alike.
ABOUT CACAO
Cacao is a heart medicine used in ceremony to support in opening one’s heart. The cacao will be made with oat milk. The cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the cardiovascular system and can give you the feeling of a warm and uplifting “hum” we will ride into the sound healing.
You will leave this space feeling connected, peaceful and in deep soul alignment.
Please wear comfy clothing, bring your yoga mat and a blanket and journal.
