ABOUT THE CLASS
Join Ali Fitzpatrick for a special Samhain Celebration of community and connection, with each other and most importantly, with ourselves. The evening will be an opening of hearts and selves through a sacred cacao ceremony, a meditation connecting us deeper in with ourselves as a deep honoring and a soulful sound bath to integrate all of the energies.
Samhain is a Gaelic festival marking the end of the harvest season and beginning of winter or "darker-half" of the year. We’ll spend time together exploring these themes within each of us and collectively.
You will leave this space feeling connected, peaceful and in deep soul alignment.
Please wear comfy clothing, bring your yoga mat and a blanket.
We will be serving cacao. A heart medicine used in ceremony to support in opening one’s heart. The cacao will be made with oat milk. The cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the cardiovascular system and can give you the feeling of a warm and uplifting “hum” we will ride into the sound healing.
