Join Ali Fitzpatrick for an extra special Lion’s Gate Activation, Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath happening Wednesday, August 7th at Lake Harriet Spiritual Center!
Ali will be diving deep into the significance of this portal and energy we are traversing and then diving into a powerful Kundalini Meditation Activation and Cacao Ceremony to ground through the themes of what needs to be released from within and understanding in how to use this potent energy to its highest potential moving forward.
She will then lead the group through a Lion’s Gate themed Sound Journey including Crystal, Tibetan and Nepalese Singing Bowls, multiple gongs, chimes, drums and sacred voice infused with reiki energy. Sound baths give your body a chance to be washed over by various transcendental and calming sound vibrations and frequencies, clearing the subconscious of energetic blockages while nourishing each of our individual cells and aligning with our highest good.

ABOUT CACAO
Cacao is a heart medicine used in ceremony to support in opening one’s heart. The cacao will be made with oat milk. The cacao contains theobromine which stimulates the cardiovascular system and can give you the feeling of a warm and uplifting “hum” we will ride into the sound healing.
