ABOUT THE CLASS

Join Ali for an extra special Soul Circle honoring the energies of the upcoming Full Moon in Capricorn as well as an abbreviated Kundalini Yoga class and sound bath!

You are invited to an evening of community, connection, discovery, magic, release + intention setting as we move into this new season with deep soul alignment.

The advantageous seagoat is all about forward momentum and taking responsibility for our deepest desires, wishes and dreams.

We'll use this potent time and energy to CREATE and ENVISION and finish our time together with an extra long and juicy Savasana as you let your mind, body and spirit soak in the healing and rejuvenating sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, multiple Gongs, chimes, ocean drum and tuning forks for individual healing and clearing.

Bring your favorite journal, crystals, yoga mat, water, blankets and pillows (really anything you might need to be comfy and cozy for the sound bath) and any other sacred objects you might like to have an to place on our alter.
