Join Ali Fitzpatrick for an extra special Lion’s Gate Activation and Sound Bath happening Tuesday, August 9th at The fire within yoga!
We will begin our time together with a Cacao Ceremony to center our hearts and intentions and move into a group channeled energy reading to use this potent energy to its highest potential
The group will then be led through a Lion’s Gate themed Meditation and Sound Journey including Crystal, Tibetan and Nepalese Singing Bowls, multiple gongs, chimes, drums and sacred voice. Sound baths give your body a chance to be washed over by various transcendental and calming sound vibrations and frequencies, clearing the subconscious of energetic blockages while nourishing each of our individual cells and aligning with our highest good.
