ABOUT THE CLASS
The Summer Solstice is one of the most powerful days of the year for activating your spiritual destiny and aligning yourself with your soul’s highest path. Join us as we celebrate and honor the energies of this powerful time with spiritual upgrades, frequency boosts, community and soul aligned connection.
Prepare for an evening of uncovering our true selves, releasing what no longer serves us as we move into this new season, intention setting and deep soul alignment. We’ll gently move our bodies as we infuse in our intentions for this next season and then let our mind, body and spirit soak in the healing and rejuvenating sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan and Crystal Sound Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Drums and Sacred Voice. The evening will conclude with group reiki to further clear and rebalance stagnant energies.
