ABOUT THE CLASS
Join Ali for an extra special Soul Circle honoring the energies of the Full Moon in Scorpio as well as an abbreviated Kundalini Yoga class and sound bath!
This is an especially powerful time for cosmic flow and spiritual + soul alignment.
You are invited to an evening of community, connection, discovery, magic, release + intention setting as we move into this new season with deep soul alignment.
And then let your mind, body and spirit soak in the healing and rejuvenating sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, multiple Gongs, chimes, ocean drum and tuning forks for individual healing and clearing.
Bring your favorite journal, crystals, yoga mat, water, blankets and pillows (really anything you might need to be comfy and cozy for the sound bath) and any other sacred objects you might like to have an to place on our alter.
