What is Brainspotting?
A brain-body based modality that helps you clear deep trauma, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks—creating space for profound subconscious and neurophysiological healing. It’s one of the most effective tools for transforming stuck emotional patterns and opening the door to new possibilities in your life.
The Science & Soul of Brainspotting
Brainspotting works by identifying “brainspots”—specific points in your visual field that correlate with unprocessed trauma or stored emotional blocks or patterns in the brain and body. By holding gentle focus on these brainspots while staying present with what arises, the brain and nervous system are given the opportunity to process and release what has been stuck—often beneath conscious awareness.
Developed by Dr. David Grand, Brainspotting combines the latest neuroscience with somatic awareness, allowing healing to happen from the inside out. Sessions are client-led and intuitive, honoring your pace and your body’s wisdom. It’s not about analyzing or fixing—it’s about allowing the body to release what it’s ready to let go of, in a space of deep presence and safety.

What Does a Brainspotting Session
Looks Like?
Every session is uniquely tailored to you. We begin by setting an intention or identifying what feels most present for you emotionally, energetically, or physically. From there, we locate your brainspot—a visual point that connects to the inner material ready to be processed.
You’ll be guided gently into presence with your body and inner world. There’s no pressure to “perform” or explain—just space to feel, notice, and allow. Clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and deeply empowered after just one session.
